Dragos, born in communist Romania, has become an American success story. He started GoldCoast Logistics Group in 2007 with two trucks, two employees, and a passion for excellence and helping others.

Through his leadership and focus on providing opportunities for those willing to work hard, GoldCoast has grown tremendously. His leadership has led to building a company with over 1,200 employees, 1.500 trucks and trailers … and still growing.

He continues to invest his time and resources to help GoldCoast continue to grow. Through the driver ownership model he developed for GoldCoast, he is helping others achieve financial success.

Employee Run

Our drivers are owner-operators leased to service only GoldCoast customers. They do the important work of delivering your products. We help them with funding to secure new equipment and other business-related needs.

Each driver, as an owner-operator, essentially owns his or her own business but does so while working only for GoldCoast and our customers. The drivers get to own their own businesses while you get dedicated and excellent service.

We started as an expedited carrier. To succeed as an expedited carrier, performance is critical.
We have grown through understanding what your logistics needs are and provide services to meet them.

The trucking division focuses on moving truckload, LTL, dedicated, and expedited freight.
Drivers are owner-operators working exclusively for GoldCoast.
Our fleet has more than quadrupled since 2018.
Dry vans and reefers (remotely monitored with Thermo King units) are food grade. Satellite GPS tracking is standard.
Flatbeds and step-decks are also available.
Our high-quality service attracts shippers and drivers.
